Trainees passed their exams successfully

Braunform has always placed great emphasis on the quality of education and apprenticeship of young people. 8-10 apprentices are intensively trained and taught each year of apprenticeship. On average, more than 30 apprentices and students of DHBW passed through their education in the company parallelly.

For this reason, the management of Braunform can congratulate four trainees for successfully completed training this autumn again: Laura Baumann - industrial clerk, Fabian Sulzer - process technicians, Elena Stöber und Timo Glade - technical product designer. All were awarded with a price of the respective vocational school or of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Following their successful training all trainees will start their next career step within the company. While 3 trainees were offered permanent employment, partly in departments where they were already integrated, one trainee will start pass a dual university studies.

The sector training has a long tradition at Braunform as the company invests in its future since many years by offering various training occupations in the technical and commercial field. Since the beginning as a company that takes on trainees, already more than 150 qualified employees finished their apprenticeship successfully and could be taken over in a field of application afterwards.
