Training work 2015

Braunform underlines the importance of its training work – by giving workshops for students, visiting different schools and organizing the yearly Education Day.

On Thursday, 07th May 2015 another workshop with students of different grades took place at Braunform. The afternoon was focused on the topic job orientation. The trainees of Braunform presented their profession and gave an insight into their daily routine. Afterwards numerous questions were answered during a company tour.

In order to present especially the less known profession of a tool mechanic (m/f), three apprentices already attended the project day of a school nearby as "education ambassadors" in March 2015. With the help of a professional presentation and application training they informed lots of young people. At the education fair “vocatium” which is going to take place from 30.06.-01.07.2015 Braunform will be represented with its own booth to get in contact directly with interested pupils. According to the motto „Braunform for your future“ the company organized its 8th open house day for students, optional with their parents, on Saturday, 18^th July 2015.

The sector training has a long tradition at Braunform as the company invests in its future since many years by offering various training occupations in the technical and commercial field. Since the beginning the training of young people is an essential part of the corporate strategy and human resources development, not only in view of the growing demand for skilled labour. The result: Already more than 150 qualified employees finished their apprenticeship successfully and could be taken over in a field of application afterwards.
