12th Braunform Training Day

On July 13, 2019, Braunform opens its doors for the 12th time in order to give interested pupils, parents and teachers insights into the company's field of activity and the wide range of training offer. The training day is intended to attract young talents and to give visitors the opportunity to get in touch directly with the trainees on site.

After a short welcome by the Head of Finance and HR Oliver Bornhäuser, the apprentices and students took over the word: Numerous visitors followed the lectures about the company and the individual training occupations. At the start of training in 2020, Braunform provides following training professions: tool mechanic (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronic engineer (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), technical product designer (m/f/d) and specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d). In addition to detailed insights into the respective daily routine, the lectures provided information on topics relevant to training such as training duration, training contract, vocational school and school subjects as well as possible fields of application including further training opportunities after the apprenticeship. Finally, there was the possibility of a tour of the company for all interested parties, which was also led by trainees. In addition, all visitors had the opportunity during a drink to ask questions to the trainees, trainers and personnel officers.

For the Braunform GmbH, the training of young people is the strategic content of the corporate strategy. With a wide range of training occupations for a medium-sized company, its own training center and two full-time, highly experienced trainers, the company emphasizes the significance and importance of training. The company values each talent individually, but also values virtues such as discipline, manners and respect for fellow human beings and the environment.
