Braunform welcomes 13 new talents into the future: combining theory and practice

Braunform, an industrial solutions provider and strategic partner in the field of injection molding, is pleased to welcome 12 new apprentices and one dual student this year, who are beginning their careers at Braunform. The junior staff will be trained in the professions of tool mechanic, metal technology specialist, mechatronics technician, industrial clerk, plastics & rubber technologist, logistics specialist, and in the Bachelor of Engineering program with a focus on mechanical engineering.

It is a great pleasure that many talented young people have once again chosen to pursue their training at Braunform this year. This underscores Braunform’s role as a particularly attractive employer in the region. For many years, training has been of great importance at Braunform, as evidenced by the training rate of over 10%. Currently, the company supervises around 40 apprentices and students and relies on a proven training concept: from the very beginning, experienced trainers and mentors are on hand to provide individual support and guidance throughout the training. Braunform is already starting to recruit new apprentices for 2025 to ensure a continued supply of well-trained specialists in the future.

A modern training program directly integrated into the production process with the latest technology, as well as joint activities and events, are further essential components of the training concept. In addition to the annual apprentice excursion, international internships are among the impressive experiences that Braunform offers its apprentices. This year, the apprentice excursion took all apprentices to white-water rafting, followed by a visit to the company Meusburger GmbH in Wolfurt, Austria. These exciting and educational activities not only fostered team spirit but also provided valuable practical insights and opportunities for the apprentices to get to know each other better.
