with quality of training
16.09.2020
For more than 40 years, the regionally based family business has been focusing on qualified training and has made it a priority to provide young people with a high-quality start to their professional lives. At the beginning of training in 2020, twelve trainees and one dual student will start the new apprenticeship year. The junior staff will be trained in the professions of tool mechanic (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) and Bachelor of Engineering - Industrial Engineering (m/f/d).
Ensuring training even in times of Covid-19
The corona pandemic has drastically changed everyday life in many companies. But even in this time, the subject of training, which is deeply anchored in the company's strategy, still enjoys high priority. With a wide range of apprenticeships and courses of studies in the technical and commercial fields, the medium-sized company is creating career prospects and investing in its future at the same time.
Trainees of today are the specialists of tomorrow. That is why Braunform promotes each talent individually. In addition to a high-tech infrastructure, individual mentoring by educators and training officers and joint activities, the company pays particular attention to sustainably improving the quality of its training concept. With a training percentage of 12 % and an above-average rate of hiring, Braunform demonstrates responsibility, not only to secure its own future. In 2020, eleven apprentices have successfully completed their apprenticeship and were then taken over in a field of application. From September, the medium-sized company will be training a total of 45 young people in eight professions and two dual courses of studies.
