From trainee to professional: graduates make a successful start to their careers

The management of Braunform GmbH congratulates the newly qualified specialists on successfully passing their exams after the intensive training period. The company is particularly proud of the outstanding achievements of the trainees who have completed their training and received a prize or praise from the vocational school.

The specialist departments are very interested in recruiting their own trainees because of the sound training they have received. Fabian Waldmann (tool mechanic) will take his next career step in die-sinking EDM, where he will gain his first professional experience on state-of-the-art equipment. Julian Kiehl (mechatronics technician) will strengthen the technical service in pharmaceutical production at the site in Endingen. Franziska Blust (industrial clerk) will also continue her professional career at the medium-sized company and expand her knowledge in the areas of human resources / controlling. Hannah Möller (tool mechanic) has left the company. Braunform wishes Hannah all the best for the future.

The regional medium-sized company knows how important good and secure future perspective is for the younger generation and invests in its training. Braunform has always attached great importance to the quality of its training and the mentoring of young people. On average, around 40 apprentices and DHBW students are trained and accompanied at the company.
