Successful graduation

The management of Braunform GmbH congratulates the newly graduated specialists Luca Flamm (tool mechanic), Moritz Koch (tool mechanic) and Oliver Schwär (process mechanic) on successfully passing their exams after the three-year training period. The company is particularly proud of the outstanding performance of the three apprentices who have received a prize or praise from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as the vocational school.

On the part of the specialist departments, the interest in self-trained junior staff is very high due to the found training. Luca Flamm will take his next career step in die-sinking EDM, where he will gain his first professional experience on state-of-the-art machines. In order to further deepen the knowledge gained during his apprenticeship, Moritz Koch will start a dual study program for a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in plastics technology, at the DHBW in cooperation with Braunform in October. Oliver Schwär will also continue his professional career with the medium-sized company and strengthen the Technology Center. Here, the injection molds produced are tested under practical conditions, optimized and prepared for smooth serial production.

Braunform has been providing training for over 40 years. The company's management and human resources department attach great importance to providing precise training for the skilled workers of tomorrow. The goal is a very practice-oriented training and a timely integration into the company processes.
