Valuable pillars of the company

In August 2021, Braunform GmbH honored three jubilarians – together they can look back on 85 years. Roland Werner and Urs Breitenbach have been with the company for 30 years, Wolfgang Locher for 25 years.

They are indispensable for an industrial company: employees who remain loyal to the company for decades. Due to their long service, the jubilarians have witnessed and shaped the growth as well as the technological progress of the medium-sized company. "It is thanks to their commitment that Braunform GmbH has developed into one of the leading industrial companies in the mold making industry", said Pamela Braun, owner and managing director. Company founder Erich Braun also expressed his thanks and appreciation to everyone for "their special personal commitment and trusting cooperation".

At Braunform GmbH, which now is with 380 employees, qualification and further training as well as self-responsibility are of highest priority. Many of the employees of Braunform GmbH are loyal to the company for decades. This is the success of a strategy of continuity, fairness, loyalty and reliability.
